At TeeBluez, we craft every order with care—starting from the moment you click “checkout.” Our made-to-order model ensures that every item is printed just for you, and we ship across the U.S. with trusted carriers.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States. Whether you’re in a bustling city or tucked away in a quieter corner, we deliver reliably through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders. This fee helps cover secure packaging and dependable delivery—without inflating the price of our products. No surprises at checkout, just honest, upfront costs.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Each order begins processing within 1–2 business days after it’s placed.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (CST) are eligible to begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will begin the next business day.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier traffic.

Example Delivery Timeline

Let’s say you order on a Tuesday before 2:00 PM (CST):

  • Tuesday: Order confirmed

  • Wednesday–Thursday: Production

  • Friday: Shipped

  • Monday–Wednesday (following week): Delivered

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep, with updates provided by the carrier in real time.

Damaged or Lost Items

We carefully package each item, but if something arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, we’ve got you covered. Contact us right away—we’ll replace or refund your order, no hassle. Our goal is to make it right, every time.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? No problem—just email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it’s already in progress, we’ll still try to help as much as we can.
