Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At TeeBluez, every shirt is made to order—created just for you, the moment you click “buy.” That’s why we begin processing most orders within hours. But we also understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change.

We’ve built our cancellation and exchange policy to be fair, fast, and transparent—just like the rest of our business.

Need to Cancel? Here’s How It Works:

12-Hour Grace Window
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, you have up to 12 hours after placing it to submit a request. Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation or adjustment.

If your request is received within 12 hours, we’ll process a full refund—no fees, no fuss.

After the 12-Hour Window

Because we print every item on demand, cancellations or changes requested after the first 12 hours may not be possible. If production has already started, we won’t be able to cancel or modify the order—but you’ll still be able to return it after it’s delivered, as long as it meets our return guidelines.

Order Adjustments

If you’re adjusting your order (e.g., changing the size or design) within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate it for free.

Requests made after 12 hours may require a small adjustment fee to cover material and production costs. Our support team will let you know if any fees apply before proceeding.

Refund Timing

Once a valid cancellation is accepted, we’ll confirm by email and begin processing your refund. It usually takes 7–12 hours to handle the internal process. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive your order and it’s not quite right, don’t worry. We offer easy exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • The wrong size or design from what you ordered

To begin an exchange, just contact our team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We’ll provide clear instructions and a prepaid return label if the issue was on our end.
